   I have realized that some of the nurses sharing their experiences about their patients is really true. You find your worth as a nurse when your patient smiles and thanks you at the end of it all. Some patients are very timid and shy at first but when you earned their respect and trust, they will treat you as someone who is taking care of them and giving them a trust that they know they are in good hands. 

   Realization from my 1st ever ward/duty experience. Very late blog!
